Keys Education Technology was born out of necessity. The administrative burden placed on Superintendents and Principals by the complex Texas grievance process. Between tracking strict FNG(LOCAL) timelines, managing paper trails, and ensuring full alignment with Texas Education Agency (TEA) regulations, district leaders were spending precious time on compliance rather than on students.

When we couldn’t find a software solution that truly understood the unique legal landscape of the Texas Education Code, we decided to build one.
